Brasserio Accessibility Statement
Version 1.0 | Last Updated: 28 April 2026 | Publication URL: https://brasserio.com/accessibility-statement
1. Commitment
Brasserio is committed to making its digital services accessible and usable for as many people as reasonably possible. We aim to align Brasserio’s marketing website, restaurant dashboard, embedded booking widget, and public restaurant pages with WCAG 2.2 Level AA and Israel Standard SI 5568-1, which is based on WCAG principles.
This is an accessibility commitment and improvement statement, not a guarantee that every page, feature, device, integration, third-party service, restaurant-uploaded asset, or temporary beta feature is fully conformant at all times.
2. Scope
This statement applies to:
- Brasserio marketing website pages;
- Brasserio restaurant dashboard and management interfaces;
- Brasserio embedded booking widget;
- Brasserio public restaurant pages.
This statement does not currently apply to Brasserio mobile applications, third-party websites, restaurant websites that embed Brasserio, third-party payment pages, third-party SMS providers, app store pages, restaurant-uploaded content, or third-party plugins and scripts outside Brasserio’s control.
3. Standard Target
Brasserio aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA and the relevant WCAG-based Israeli digital accessibility standard SI 5568-1. Accessibility is an ongoing process, especially while Brasserio is in active SaaS development and new features are released.
4. Current Accessibility Work
Brasserio completed an internal accessibility review by the development team in March 2026. Improvements are expected to continue over time through development, testing, remediation, user feedback, and product updates.
Current efforts may include semantic page structure, keyboard navigation, focus handling, sufficient color contrast, readable text, responsive design, form labels, error messaging, accessible booking flows, and compatibility with common assistive technologies where reasonably possible.
5. Known Limitations
Brasserio is not aware of intentionally inaccessible content. However, accessibility limitations may occur in beta features, third-party services, payment pages, app store pages, restaurant websites, restaurant-uploaded images, menus, logos, PDFs, text, descriptions, or other content outside Brasserio’s direct control.
Where a Restaurant Customer uploads content, the Restaurant Customer is responsible for ensuring that content is accurate, lawful, and accessible where required, including meaningful text alternatives for images and accessible menu or restaurant-page content.
6. Feedback and Assistance
If you experience an accessibility issue, need assistance using Brasserio, or want to report an accessibility barrier, contact support@brasserio.com.
Please include the page or feature, a description of the issue, the device and browser or app version used, and any assistive technology involved. Brasserio aims to acknowledge accessibility requests within 72 hours and to handle them in a reasonable time based on severity, complexity, and product impact.
7. Restaurant Accessibility
Restaurants are responsible for accessibility accommodations at their physical venues, including seating, entry, service, allergies, dietary handling, and in-restaurant guest accommodation. Brasserio may transmit accessibility notes or special requests submitted by Guests, but Brasserio does not control how restaurants respond to those requests.
8. Updates
This Accessibility Statement may be updated as Brasserio improves accessibility, expands mobile app coverage, completes external audits, changes product scope, or updates legal requirements.
